South and Southwest England:

MONDAY – FRIDAY 08:00 – 17:00 (during quiet periods we my close our lines at 4pm on Fridays)

SATURDAYS 08:00 – 12 noon

(call for out of hours options)

Wales and North West England:

Phone Lines open 24- Hours (Including Public Holidays – Collections may be limited during this time)

Please do leave a voice message (or NEW ONLINE booking) for your collection outside of these hours. We start taking our messages off the system between 7-8am, this can avoid waiting times on the phone when calling in and we can usually distribute work to our drivers in order that they come in.
